He is not the elected president. He should be fucking removed immediately for fraudulently impersonating a president of the United States of America and his entire asinine party.

I want him to face a international criminal court and crimes against humanity before he dies, and all in his administration along with him. There has never be a more traitorous president in our history, and I pray there never will be another like him.

But the MAGA controlled congress are to chicken shit to do it.

Every time Johnson knows he will lose a vote he shuts now the House and sends everyone home.

My husband says he'll probably fake his death then rise again... solidifying his status as the golden god that maga believes him to be.

Not if he’s buried real fast with a stake through, well, you know the drill.

Dracula was also decapitated after death to be sure that he couldn't return.

Bruce Katz's avatar

Good point. Can't be too safe, right?

Burned at the stake?

Bruce Katz's avatar

I don’t know. With EPA basically neutered by this Administration we have to take more responsibility for the noxious pollutants we put into the air.

Tracey Queripel's avatar

Good one. Hadn't thought of that.

My thoughts exactly.

Was interested in this until I saw Michael Wolff’s name. That guy is in up to his neck in the Epstein mess and has encouraged Trump’s antics over the years, giving him an audience when he should have been treated as an outcast.

He is also most likely in the files as well.

I’m more than a little concerned that if Trumpy thinks he’s going down for the count, he may use the military to take down Americans whom he despises. At the end in his bunker, Hitler blamed the German people for not fighting hard enough for him and blamed the people for the loss of the war

That old Scottish git.'s avatar

He blames all supporters who he imagines are not bowing and scaring enough.

The odds he will try to take them down with him are very high. Equally high odds on him wishing to take down the rest of the world that refuses to as he demands ... if he can he'll try to destroy us too.

He only cares about himself so, in his mind, why not?

When it was apparent that the war was lost, Hitler vowed to take down the country with him. He did. It can happen here

Trump is no Hitler - Hitler was way younger and an effective orator and did have a cadre of semi competent (if evil) people around him. Trump is old, incoherent and has no skill in holding competent people. They do have bunkers in common I suppose.

Mary Bee's avatar

But then he shot himself. Trump is a felon with guns. If he builds a bunker....

Personally, I’m going for a fatal bolt of lightning while driving a ball from the tee on favourite golf course from a cloudless sky in front of live TV cameras.

He will go out with a bang all right - a nuclear bang that will take us all down with him. By exterminating all life on earth, he will have exercised the power of a god, and he will die happy knowing he has exercised such power.

I agree his personality says, indeed dictates it will be sudden, spectacular and somehow a disappointment.

It tasks one to know one! So, Wolf knows!

This is the Wolff who was so friendly with Epstein for years. The two often talked about Trump--see the Epstein files.

I think every who writes about Trump and posts his face in it’s lead should at least blur his face!

Please, people, stop showing us his face! (Same for all his alive and dead cronies!)

Carol Scott's avatar

One thing I like about Scott Dworkin— he covers his face with something stupid, like a turkey, a piece of pizza… it’s great. I hate having to see his ugly mug all the time too!

That old Scottish git.'s avatar

I don't consider what Wolff said to particularly new or insightful.

I've read the same from others who did not need a lifetime cosying up with and writing about Trump. I've said and written the same from the privileged position of never having met Trump bing thousands of miles away. across the Atlantic ocean.

It is blatantly obvious Trump will not give up power because he is ill or dying. He cannot. Without the presidency his image is doomed. He is doomed. Everything he ever thought he was is doomed.

His crimes are public, and all those to scared to oppose him suddenly rush to catch up and reposition their own careers. None of the sycophants likes him. They are using him.

WTF

These people are just now questioning whether Trump is being fully transparent? They are just now realizing this is a performance of presidency? What kind of idiots are they? We have known from the beginning that he is as transparent as a stone cliff. That he is performing what he perceives as the role of President, that he is absolutely vacuous, narcissistic, and ruthless in pursuit of personal gain at the expense of anyone, EVERYONE, else. We already know he feels unloved, probably as a result of childhood abuse, and that there is not a chance in hell of him finding redemption.

How can these people just now be coming to such realizations?

How?
