Lee (good trouble) is at the forefront of the push to have this done as soon as possible due to the great concerns of the mental health community and they're seemingly asking on behalf of greater medical community too. They are concerned with his behavior in relation to his power to use nuclear weapons.
Erratic behavior and nuclear weapons aren't a healthy combination, apparently.

He needs to change his diet, I reccomend:
Breakfast
4 Egg McMuffins, 4 Hash Browns, 2 Diet Cokes, and a side of bacon.
Lunch
4 Big Macs, 4 Large Fries, 2 Diet Cokes, and a side of bacon.
Dinner
4 Qaurter Pounders with extra cheese, 4 Large Fries, 2 Diet Cokes, and a side of bacon.
This simple diet should make him aggreable to everyone in no time….and a side of bacon.
